K Pop X Fitness

KpopX Fitness is a dance fitness class where we simplify Kpop dance moves and combines them with aerobics & body toning exercises. Korean pop songs comprise all genres of popular music from South Korea, covering dance-pop, pop ballads, jazz, rock, hip-hop, R&B, and much more.

Pilates

Lean into the stretch in a workout that focuses on a balanced body. Pilates incorporates elements of yoga and other forms of exercises for a full-body workout. This class is ideal for anyone, regardless of age and experience. Our instructors will show you how to stretch and lengthen all the major muscles groups in your body while making sure everything is balanced. Yoga

A classic yoga class with inspiration from vinyasa, hatha and yinyoga, which with the help of movements and breathing exercises, makes you reach inner peace. You’ll leave class feeling longer, looser and more relaxed.

Zumba

This class takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval-style, dance fitness party! Enjoy the rhythm and dance moves from merengue, salsa, reggeaton and samba, leaving the class full of energy. Just focus on the dancing, not on the workout and you will feel the results!
